Simply a place to record and share my own (legit!) knowledge on computer technologies.

Sometimes my personal stuff, too. Not too much, but it may have.

“What do you do in your life?”

(Senior) Software engineer.

Well – not completely ;-). In fact, the things I like are more than just software engineering, though making new software stuff and learning how to do it more efficiently are still a big part of my interests.

What I like:

  • Typical computer stuff, like software development, engineering, and IT management stuff. Specifically,
    • Software development and debugging
    • Continuous integration and delivery
    • Virtualization technologies
    • User interface design
  • Retro computer stuff (I grew up with a Intel OverDrive 486DX2-66 PC!)
    • You can say, I “dance” with floppies (maybe discs as well nowadays :))
    • Do you know I have a copy of Microsoft Macro Assembler that is even older than me?
  • Japan / Japanese stuff:
    • Anime, Comic, Games (of course!)
    • Japanese music, all kinds
      • Perfume (チョコレイト・ディスコ♪)
      • Doujin (Electronic) music (HARDCORE TANO*C, etc.)
      • Hatsune Miku (初音ミク) and her VOCALOID companions
      • Some less-known music (and the composers I admire), such as the soundtrack of Chihayafuru (ちはやふる) movie by Masaru Yokoyama (横山 克)
    • Japanese history, especially
      • Anything related to Meiji, Taisho, Showa periods
      • WWII Pacific War, and
      • After-war era development in (modern) Japan
    • Japanese society and culture, including their amazing influences to the world
